Meet Sara Victor
Parliament of Owls was founded by Sara Victor, LCSW, a Connecticut-based clinical social worker who works with clients in this practice as a coach and educator, not as a therapist. Professionally, she's spent years supporting neurodivergent teens, adults, and families. Personally, she's the parent of a child who struggled to make and keep friends — and who knows firsthand how hard it is to find the right kind of help.
That combination shapes how every session runs here: grounded in a well-researched curriculum, delivered with the practical honesty of someone who has sat exactly where you're sitting.
"I built the program I wish someone had handed me — one that treats parents as partners, not bystanders."
